The risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business is low. We are, however, mindful that we need to undertake due diligence in respect of our suppliers, to ensure that they are also doing what they can to ensure that their business is similarly assessed.
- Organisation Structure
Marine Reporting (International), Ltd. is the UK operating subsidiary of Regional Reporting, Inc. a privately held corporation inthe United States. Our head office is located in Essex in the United Kingdom (UK). We have 7 employees in the UK. This statement applies to all of MRI’s UK businesses.
- Our Business
MRI is a provider of marine pre and post-loss insurance services globally. Generally we sell our services to insurance carriers, brokers and agents companies in the UK and Europe.
- Our Supply Chains
As a provider of global services we have a limited group of third party suppliers to conduct surveys in differnt locals. As a small business we outsource some business support services such as Information Technology.
- Our Policies
We are committed to ensuring that, as far as we can be sure, there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our anti-slavery policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity and to having effective systems to do what we can to ensure slavery and human trafficking does not occur anywhere in our supply chains.
- Due Dilligence Process
As part of our risk management initiative, we have processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains. We have policies in place to protect whistle-blowers.
- Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to all of our staff.
